| ஆரம்ப அடிப்படை ஊதியம் ரூ. 50,925/- ரூபாய். மொத்த ஊதியம் தோராயமாக பெருநகர மையங்களில் மாதம் ரூ. 85,000/-. PFRDA ஆல் நிர்வகிக்கப்படும் புதிய ஓய்வூதியத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஓய்வூதியம், பணிக்கொடை, LTS, மருத்துவப் பலன்கள், குழு தனிநபர் விபத்துக் காப்பீடு போன்ற பிற நன்மைகள், நியமனத்தின் போது நிறுவனத்தில் நடைமுறையில் உள்ள விதிகளின்படி இருக்கும். விதிமுறைகளின்படி நிறுவனத்தின் / குத்தகைக்கு விடப்பட்ட தங்குமிடத்திற்கும் அலுவலர்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு. மேற்கூறியவற்றைத் தவிர, சிறப்பு அதிகாரிகளாக நியமிக்கப்படும் மருத்துவர்கள் (MBBS) அவ்வப்போது பொருந்தக்கூடிய நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு அடிப்படை ஊதியத்தில் 25% வரை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தாத உதவித்தொகைக்கு (NPA) தகுதியுடையவர்கள். |

Educational Qualification:
1. Doctors (MBBS) M.B.B.S / M.D. / M.S. or PG – Medical Degree from a recognized University OR equivalent foreign degrees which are recognized as such by the National Medical Commission (Formerly Medical Council of India) with the prescribed benchmark. |
2. Legal Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates. |
